What is the Prosci Change Management Certification?

A 3-day experiential learning program that equips you with the methodology, tools, and skills to successfully lead any organizational change initiative. Upon completion, you become a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

We are the only Prosci-certified training provider in Francophone West Africa. We combine global Prosci standards with deep local expertise, delivering programs in both French and English.

Any professional involved in driving change: HR & L&D managers, project managers, executives, consultants, or anyone responsible for ensuring change adoption in their organization.

The program runs over 3 intensive days, available in-person or online. Participants should plan approximately 2 hours of prework before the program begins.

You will work with the ADKAR® Model, the PCT (Project Change Triangle) Model, the ADKAR Blueprint, and Proxima — Prosci’s digital platform for building your change management plans.

Yes. You will apply the Prosci methodology to a real (current or past) project from your organization. This ensures an immediately applicable learning experience.

Certification is awarded based on: (1) completing the full program, (2) a final presentation on the business case for change management, and (3) a minimum score of 80% on the knowledge check.

Yes. The Prosci Certified Change Practitioner digital badge is recognized in over 80 countries and can be shared on LinkedIn and professional profiles.

Yes. We deliver this program in French and English, tailored to your organization’s needs — a unique advantage in the West African market.
