We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will play a key role in positioning our consulting, advisory, and knowledge solutions to organizations and individuals seeking data-driven insights and strategic guidance.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Afrissance’s growth objectives.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Track sales performance, manage the business development pipeline, and report on progress toward targets.
Experience & Qualifications
- Typically, a relevant first (Bachelor’s) degree.
- Previous relevant business experience expected.
- Strong understanding of consulting, advisory, or professional services environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
