Our Work
NNPC needed to upgrade the Enterprise Work Control Automation System used in the Automation Plant
for their LNG Train. We assembled a development team, took ownership of the delivery, and completed
the upgrade in record time.
The Production department achieved a projected saving of $4 million as a result. Beyond that initial
delivery, we also assembled and managed a team to handle software support and further development
under an outsourced arrangement that ran for four years.
