When the African Development Bank came to us, they needed more than a consultant. They needed a
partner who could help them build something that would last. We were brought in to set up a Change Management Office from the ground up, develop a full change management strategy, and work closely with their team so they could operate effectively in a demanding environment that cut across multiple stakeholder groups.
What made this engagement particularly challenging was the timing. We were doing all of this during the height of Covid-19, managing complexity remotely while still driving real outcomes for a high-pressure organisation. Despite all of that, we delivered. The Change Management Office was up and running with its own clear set of values and working norms, and every objective was met.
