We set up an HR Integration Management Office, conducted a culture audit, carried out a staff audit, developed a downsizing strategy, and reviewed all existing HR policies and procedures to bring them in line with best practice. By the end, both the management office and culture alignment were in place and the bank was ready to move forward.
