Our Work
This engagement with the African Development Bank was a different kind of challenge. We were brought
in to build a project culture for the Return Project team, a group made up of the Bank’s corporate services
department and consulting firms from both Nigeria and South Africa. The mission was to manage the
relocation of the Bank and 5,000 staff and dependants from Tunisia to Abidjan.
It was a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, and achieving the project objectives meant navigating a
wide range of competing external interests. A project team was built with its own identity, values, and
working norms, and the relocation was completed.
