Managing the relocation of a bank to a brand new head office is not a small undertaking. For Oceanic
Bank, this meant reorganising and relocating several business units, overseeing the construction of the
new headquarters, and managing the transition to a paperless working environment, all running at the
same time.
We set up an overarching project structure and framework that brought all stakeholders together and
created a working environment that could sustain everything the project required.
